Salas Manager

We are looking for a young, energetic, and self-motivated Sales Manager based in Lahore to promote and sell our Tile Bond products. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a passion for field sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with contractors, site supervisors, and project owners.

Responsibilities:

• Visit active construction sites daily to promote and sell Tile Bond.
• Coordinate and maintain good relationships with contractors, builders, and project owners.
• Provide daily updates and sales reports to the concerned manager at the end of duty.
• Identify new business opportunities and help expand the customer base.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.

Requirements:

• Must be young and energetic with a professional attitude.
• Own motorbike is mandatory for site visits.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Prior sales experience in the construction or building materials industry will be preferred.

We offer a handsome commission-based package with attractive earning potential and performance bonuses.
