OOP Technologies is a leading software development and IT solutions company based in Lahore, dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality technology products and services to clients worldwide. Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in technical recruitment and headhunting for the IT industry.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
- Oversee onboarding of new hires and conduct induction and orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records and filing systems.
- Manage and monitor the performance management system and assist in appraisals.
- Design and conduct training programs focusing on soft skills, motivation, and professional development.
- Supervise payroll and attendance systems ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities, including indoor/outdoor games, fun events, and team-building programs to enhance productivity.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
- Manage and record day-to-day office expenses effectively.
Qualification & Experience:
- BBA/MBA/MS in HRM or related discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of experience as an HR professional in the IT industry.
Timings: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
