Job Description:

The role will support sales and marketing operations by reviewing scrapped data, cleaning and validating it, and providing structured information to the Sales Team for cold calling and the Email Marketing Team for campaigns. Additionally, the role will involve entering basic information into the system and maintaining data hygiene across all targeted regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and clean scrapped data to ensure accuracy (name, email, phone number, etc.)
  • Validate data against set quality benchmarks before sharing with Sales & Marketing teams
  • Enter and update basic data into the system/CRM as required
  • Maintain regional data segmentation (US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore)
  • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to prioritize region-specific data requirements

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, cleaning, formatting, and basic formulas)
  • Prior experience in data entry, data cleaning, or lead management preferred
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently without compromising on quality
  • Basic knowledge of CRMs or lead management tools is a plus

KPIs:

  • Deliver a minimum of 500 cleaned and validated data entries (name, email, phone number) per day
  • Maintain 95%+ data accuracy rate
  • Ensure timely submission of cleaned data across all required regions
