Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Female Sales Support Staff located in Karāchi. The Sales Support Staff will provide assistance to the sales team, maintain customer relationships, and ensure smooth communication between the team and clients. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting day-to-day sales administration tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills for team collaboration and relationship building
  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently and work well under deadlines
  • Relevant experience in sales support or customer service roles is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related
