Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve property sales targets.
- Generate leads through networking, market visits, and digital platforms.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and clients.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Prepare sales reports and track market trends for better positioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate/property & builders sales (mandatory).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Market knowledge of property and builders industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs2.00 per month
