Roshan Packages Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager – Warehouse to join our Corrugation Plant team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in warehouse management, ERP systems, and inventory control. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in reporting, and the ability to ensure smooth coordination between warehouse and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily stock and inventory reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain an error-free paper store inventory and ensure compliance with paper requisitions.
  • Ensure real-time ERP data accuracy and record-keeping.
  • Optimize Finished Goods (FG) storage for efficiency, space utilization, and inventory turnover.
  • Collaborate with the production department to forecast inventory needs.
  • Ensure compliance in dispatch processes with strict coordination across departments.
  • Monitor store inventory against established KPIs and compliance standards.
  • Maintain and update daily data sheets as required.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA) in Supply chain.
  • Experience: Hands-on experience in inventory management, ERP systems, and warehouse operations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
