Job Title: Accounts Officer (Purchases & Payable)

The Company:

Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely recording.
  • Record purchase transactions in the accounting system.
  • Reconcile supplier statements regularly.
  • Manage and track vendor advances.
  • Support procurement and finance teams in resolving discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or vendor management.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of supplier reconciliation and purchase accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Location: Lahore Cantt (On-site)

Salary: Based on experience

Timings: Mon–Fri 9 AM to 6 PM | Sat 10 AM to 4 PM
