Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven
Social Media Expert
to manage and grow our brand presence across multiple social media platforms, with a special focus on
YouTube channel management
. The candidate will be responsible for content strategy, content creation coordination, community engagement, performance tracking, and paid campaign execution to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts aligned with brand voice and campaigns.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to optimize content.
  • Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community management.

2. YouTube Channel Management

  • Plan and implement a
    YouTube growth strategy
    (SEO, keyword optimization, thumbnails, tags, playlists).
  • Upload and optimize video content with proper titles, descriptions, tags, and end screens.
  • Collaborate with video editors and content creators to produce high-quality videos.
  • Monitor analytics (views, watch time, retention rate, CTR, subscriber growth) and recommend improvements.
  • Manage YouTube community tab for engagement (polls, posts, updates).

3. Content Creation & Campaigns

  • Brainstorm and implement creative campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and influencers for content creation.
  • Repurpose YouTube videos into short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok).
  • Run paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.).

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, followers/subscribers, traffic, and conversions.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Adjust strategy based on data-driven performance analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager/Expert with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of
    YouTube SEO
    and monetization strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools like
    Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Meta Business Suite
    .
  • Knowledge of paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Strong copywriting and content ideation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and improve performance.
