Position Title: Quality Assurer
Timing: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Location: DHA Phase 6 Lahore (On site job)
Responsibilities:
Ticket Management & Review (Zoho Desk):
- Monitor and audit closed tickets to ensure accurate resolution and documentation.
- Verify if customer contact information is correctly logged and updated.
- Identify and report any improperly closed or mishandled tickets.
- Review detached calls, ensuring appropriate follow-ups were made.
- Track and manage open calls and unresolved issues to ensure timely closure.
Task & Process Quality Assurance:
- Review open tasks for accuracy, priority, and timely execution.
- Provide feedback to relevant teams on quality gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with team leads to implement corrective actions where needed.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Generate and maintain regular quality reports
- Highlight recurring issues
- Contribute to the development of quality assurance processes.
Cross-functional Support:
- Assist other departments in ensuring quality standards across workflows.
- Support in training or onboarding initiatives related to customer service quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-1 years relevant work experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
