Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telesales, call centre operations, or retail, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. This remote role requires a dependable internet connection and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and services.
- Promote and upsell additional products to maximize customer value.
- Log all interactions, sales activities, and updates accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Work closely with the mobile fitting team to ensure smooth coordination of appointments.
- Stay updated on products, promotions, and industry trends through training sessions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, call centre, or retail environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities with an upbeat attitude.
- Confident using CRM software and other digital tools.
- Ability to work remotely with a stable computer and internet connection.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- A positive team player who thrives on meeting targets.
