We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will support decision-making by conducting financial analysis, managing reporting processes, and providing insights into business performance. This role requires a strong foundation in financial management, treasury operations, and vendor coordination, with the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage monthly financial closing activities, including GL reconciliations and preparation of audit schedules.
  • Support treasury operations including fund planning, investments in mutual funds, equities, and other financial securities.
  • Coordinate with banks for LCs, bank guarantees, and other treasury-related documentation.
  • Oversee vendor management processes by validating, recording, and ensuring timely disbursement of liabilities.
  • Assist in income tax filings and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis for management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (procurement, supply chain, sales) to streamline billing and financial operations.
  • Present key financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring financial integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (BBA – Finance preferred).
  • ACCA Qualified or Part-Qualified
  • 1 year of progressive experience in finance, treasury, or financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and investment management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; working knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
