Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Student Advisor with a strong understanding of Turkey's higher education system. The ideal candidate will have firsthand experience studying or working with Turkish universities and will be able to provide students with accurate, practical guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized counseling to prospective students about Turkish universities, programs, scholarships, and admission processes.
- Support students through application preparation, including document review, SOP guidance, and interview readiness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Turkish university partners to stay updated on courses, intakes, and scholarship opportunities.
- Conduct information sessions, webinars, and outreach events to promote studying in Turkey.
- Collaborate with the outreach team to increase applications and conversions.
- Keep accurate records of student interactions and progress in the CRM.
- Mentor junior advisors in Turkish education counseling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree — preferably from a Turkish university.
- 3+ years of experience in student counseling or study abroad advisory, specifically for Turkey.
- Strong knowledge of the Turkish academic environment, admission timelines, and scholarship options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
