Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage, execute, and optimize our advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads (and other paid channels), with a strong focus on maximizing ROI and driving measurable growth.

Time
: 8pm - 12 pm

Salary
: 20k - 40k

Requirements

Proven experience in performance marketing / paid ads management (minimum 1–2 years).

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
