The Role:

As a Senior Student Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their parents. You will play a pivotal role in understanding their academic goals, introducing them to a world of opportunities, and guiding them through the initial steps of their overseas education journey. Your ability to consult, persuade, and provide exceptional service will directly contribute to their success and our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary consultant, handling inbound inquiries and making outbound calls to potential students interested in studying abroad.
  • Understand student profiles, academic backgrounds, and career aspirations to recommend suitable countries, universities, and courses.
  • Provide detailed information about our services, admission processes, and the benefits of studying overseas.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with students and parents, acting as their advisor and guide.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for lead conversion and student enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the admissions and visa teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree (BBA or a relevant field is preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role. Experience in a renowned call center is a must.
  • Exceptional command of both English and Urdu – you must be able to communicate confidently and persuasively with students and parents.
  • Proven sales and customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software).
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Prior experience in the education sector or consultancy is a significant advantage.
