Videographer + Photographer

Job Summary:

Skillston Institute is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer + Photographer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing visually engaging content for our brand, events, and social media platforms. This role requires strong storytelling skills, technical expertise in videography and photography, and the ability to manage the full content production process from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and produce high-quality videos and photographs for marketing, social media, and institutional events.
• Plan, shoot, and edit promotional, educational, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Handle lighting setups, camera operations, and sound recording during shoots.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize engaging content ideas.
• Edit videos for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Add motion graphics, captions, sound effects, and music to enhance content quality.
• Conduct product, food, and lifestyle photoshoots for campaigns and promotions.
• Perform photo editing, retouching, and color correction to maintain brand consistency.
• Organize and manage photo and video archives for team accessibility.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Media Studies, Film, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Proven experience as a Videographer and Photographer (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
• Strong sense of composition, lighting, framing, and storytelling.
• Knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless camera operation and lighting equipment.
• Understanding of current social media content trends and audience engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with AI-based editing tools (preferred).
• Experience with motion graphics or 3D design is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35, Rs40,000.00 per month
