About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python / AI / Data Science Engineer with 3–5+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in building scalable AI/ML solutions, strong Python development skills, and proven experience in data science workflows from data cleaning to deployment.

Responsibilities


• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI-driven applications.


• Build and optimize end-to-end data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.


• Develop scalable APIs and services in Python to integrate AI models into production systems.


• Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to improve performance.


• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into AI solutions.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, ML, and data science technologies.

Required Skills & Experience


• 3–5 years of professional experience in Python, AI/ML, or Data Science roles.


• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, FastAPI/Flask).


• Hands-on experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Modeling.


• Solid understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and SQL/NoSQL databases.


• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying ML solutions.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice-to-Have


• Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).


• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).


• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
