Abbasi and Company Pvt. Ltd. is one of Pakistan's leading financial brokerage firms, licensed by the SECP and a member of both the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX). We specialize in equities, commodities, investment advisory, and high-quality market research.

We are looking for a Research Analyst/Equity Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to support our research desk and contribute to shaping investment strategies for our growing client base.

Key Responsibilities


•  Develop and update financial models to assess the impact of changing market and industry dynamics on company valuations.


•  Prepare research publications, including market updates, sector insights, and company reports.


•  Deliver well-structured written research reports and communicate key findings to clients.


•  Maintain awareness of major global markets, with primary focus on PSX (Pakistan stock exchange) and secondary exposure to key commodities (Gold, silver, etc.) and global indices.


•  Assist in generating actionable insights to support investment decision-making.

Key Requirements


•  Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance (BBA Finance, BS Finance & Accounting) or a related field.


•  Strong academic background in finance.


•  Good understanding of technical analysis (support & resistance, trendlines, chart patterns, moving averages, RSI, etc.).


•  Ability to interpret market structure and identify trend shifts.


•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


•  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


•  Strong awareness of the current political and economic landscape.
