About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled
Automation & Control Engineer
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, programming, and commissioning automation systems with a focus on PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems. You will play a critical role in developing innovative solutions for industrial applications and ensuring seamless project execution for our clients in the manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control System Design & Programming:
  • Design and program automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems, for industrial projects.
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation such as wiring diagrams and user manuals.
  • Testing, Commissioning, & Installation:
  • Test and commission control systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Lead the installation and integration of automation systems in industrial settings.
  • Client Interaction & Requirement Analysis:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project objectives and specifications.
  • Propose cost-effective and efficient control system solutions, including instrument and sensor selection.
  • Project Execution & Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and system optimization.
  • Manage system upgrades, modifications, and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed wiring and schematic diagrams.
  • Maintain project backups and ensure proper documentation for future reference.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficient in Programming & Tools:
  • Siemens PLC (TIA Portal)
  • Delta PLC (ISPSoft/WPLSoft)
  • Mitsubishi PLC (GX Developers)
  • Fatek PLC (WinproLadder)
  • Weintek HMI (Easy Builder Pro)
  • SCADA Systems & MS Windows-based control systems
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation standards and system optimization techniques.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical and manufacturing industry automation projects is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • BSc in Mechatronics & Control Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automation and control engineering.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in delivering automation projects for pharmaceutical or manufacturing clients.
  • Familiarity with automation projects such as AHU control systems, warehouse monitoring, and plant automation.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to meeting client and organizational objectives.
