Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a GHL Expert located in Karachi Division. The GHL Expert will be responsible for managing and optimizing workflows on the GoHighLevel platform, creating, designing, customizing & implementing funnels, automations, email marketing and CRM systems in

Responsibilities also include integrating various tools, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring seamless experiences for clients through in-depth platform knowledge and troubleshooting support.

To design, implement, and optimize complex automations, funnels, and CRM systems in

, aligning with internal business operations and client project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build advanced workflows, automations, and integrations across GHL and connected tools.
  • Ensure seamless CRM setup, pipeline management, and client onboarding systems.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Train and mentor junior GHL team members.
  • Stay current with the latest GHL updates, integrations, and automation best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) platform, including funnel creation, automation, and campaign management
  • Email marketing, CRM operations, and database management skills
  • Knowledge of APIs, tool integrations, and technical troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate platform performance metrics
  • Project management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to present and explain solutions to clients
  • Experience with SaaS tools or similar platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field preferred
