Manager (IT)

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
• 05 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, networks, and software.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Support users with hardware and software related issues.
• Data backup and system security operations.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and MS Office applications
