Job Title: Gallery Assistant (US Time Zone)

Location: Davis Road, Lahore

Timings: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM (aligned with US time zone)

What the role:

Are you passionate about art, organization, and communication? Join our team as a Gallery Assistant and play a key role in supporting gallery operations, client interactions, and creative outreach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to gallery & curatorial teams
  • Schedule and coordinate client visits
  • Maintain artwork records, databases & inventory
  • Support marketing and outreach (including digital content)
  • Communicate with artists, clients & partners worldwide
  • Track sales inquiries & assist with shipping coordination
  • Research artists, exhibitions & industry trends
  • Keep documents organized & reports up to date

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Art History, Fine Arts, Arts Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Prior experience in a gallery/museum/arts organization is a plus
  • Strong organizational & communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Basic social media & content creation knowledge
  • Ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented & work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
