Role Description
At Sirovista, we're partnering with a foundational LLM company to improve their models through high-quality conversational data. As an Associate Software Engineer (LLM Trainer), you will:
What You'll Do
Design and simulate multi-turn conversations in Dutch & Danish
Emulate both user and assistant roles, ensuring logical tool usage and natural dialogue
Create scenarios that reflect real-world use cases (calendars, emails, maps, etc.)
Apply reasoning, problem-solving, and creativity to improve conversation quality
Collaborate with peers to maintain consistency and deliverables at a high standard
What We're Looking For
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
Experience or interest in AI Agents, API integrations, and LLMs
Logical thinking, structured reasoning, and attention to detail
Curiosity to learn and grow in AI, NLP, and ML workflows

Qualifications
- Expertise in developing and delivering training programs
- Experience with large language models and their practical applications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to evaluate trainees' progress and adapt training techniques accordingly
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remotely with cross-functional teams
- Degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and advancements
