We are seeking a Quality Control (QC) Officer to join our team at Rainbow Inks (PVT) LTD, a leading manufacturer of digital textile inks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality, process reliability, and compliance with international standards.

Location:
FIEDMC - M4 Industrial Area

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all Quality Control activities within the manufacturing facility.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor QC procedures for raw materials, in-process batches, and finished inks.
  • Conduct analytical and performance testing to ensure inks meet color consistency, stability, and printhead compatibility.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Technical teams to resolve quality issues and optimize formulations.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and certifications.
  • Investigate customer complaints and lead root cause analysis with corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in digital inks, paints, dyes, or specialty chemicals.
  • Strong knowledge of color measurement, chemical analysis, and inkjet ink performance parameters.
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with GOTS, ZDHC, and other international compliance standards is a plus.
