Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute merchandise and assortment plans in line with sales forecasts and seasonal trends.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability across retail stores and warehouses.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to support buying and replenishment decisions.
  • Coordinate with merchandising, supply chain, and retail operations teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Assist in setting sales targets, OTB (Open-to-Buy) budgets, and category-level performance tracking.
  • Support product lifecycle management — from new launch planning to markdown strategies.
  • Prepare periodic planning reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in retail planning, merchandise planning, or inventory management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and planning tools.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in apparel/fashion retail will be a strong advantage.
