We are looking for a Junior Upwork Bidder to join our team and help us acquire new clients through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic understanding of IT / software services, and the ability to write professional and customized proposals.

  • Search and filter relevant projects on Upwork daily
  • Write customized and client-focused proposals
  • Maintain a strong follow-up system with potential clients
  • Schedule meetings between clients and the technical team
  • Manage initial communication & gather requirements
  • Prepare daily and weekly bidding reports
  • Keep track of responses, interviews, and conversions
  • Understand company services like Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, Graphic Designing.

Requirements

  • Excellent English writing & communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of IT services (training will be provided)
  • Ability to write well-structured, personalized proposals
  • Knowledge of Upwork platform (preferred)
  • Strong time management & consistency
  • Ability to work during US or UK working hours (preferred but not required)
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude

Timing : 6 Pm to 3 AM
