Job Responsibilities
Admission Process Management
Oversee the entire admission process, from inquiries to final enrollment.
- Develop and implement admission policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines.
Student Recruitment & Marketing
Develop recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
- Organize admission events, open houses, and campus tours.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials.
Use digital platforms for lead generation and student outreach.
Counseling & Guidance
Guide prospective students and parents through admission requirements.
- Address concerns regarding programs, fees, scholarships, and other aspects.
Assist students in making informed decisions about their education.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze admission trends, conversion rates, and student demographics.
Prepare reports for senior management on admission performance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with academic departments, faculty, and administrative teams.
- Coordinate with external agencies and school counselors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30, Rs45,000.00 per month
