Job Responsibilities

  1. Admission Process Management

  2. Oversee the entire admission process, from inquiries to final enrollment.

  3. Develop and implement admission policies and procedures.
  4. Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines.

  5. Student Recruitment & Marketing

  6. Develop recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.

  7. Organize admission events, open houses, and campus tours.
  8. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials.
  9. Use digital platforms for lead generation and student outreach.

  10. Counseling & Guidance

  11. Guide prospective students and parents through admission requirements.

  12. Address concerns regarding programs, fees, scholarships, and other aspects.
  13. Assist students in making informed decisions about their education.

  14. Data Analysis & Reporting

  15. Track and analyze admission trends, conversion rates, and student demographics.

  16. Prepare reports for senior management on admission performance.

  17. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  18. Work closely with academic departments, faculty, and administrative teams.

  19. Coordinate with external agencies and school counselors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30, Rs45,000.00 per month
