We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in the healthcare sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to build a career in Pakistan's rapidly growing medical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and procurement officers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product lines.
- Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement of sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (medical distribution or healthcare industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
