Graphical Content Designer

Location: Gulberg, Lahore

Job Type: Full-time (7pm to 3am)

driven Creative Marketing Strategist to join our team and lead creative direction, content

strategy, and local marketing initiatives with energy and purpose.

What You'll Do:


• Lead creative brainstorming sessions and ideation for campaigns, social content,

and brand initiatives


• Develop and pitch new marketing ideas to support brand awareness, engagement,

and growth


• Create and oversee visual design improvements across all digital and print assets


• Manage and grow our media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X,

TikTok, etc.)


• Plan and execute local store marketing campaigns for US-based clients (targeted

promotions, seasonal strategies, community engagement)


• Collaborate with the design and content teams to deliver cohesive and creative

outputs


• Stay updated with trends in design, digital media, and marketing—bringing fresh

concepts regularly


• Analyze and report on campaign performance, iterating on ideas for better results


• Support brand strategy and visual identity development with innovation and

consistency

What We're Looking For:


• 2 years of Proven experience in creative strategy, marketing, or branding.


• Strong understanding of US local market dynamics and consumer behavior


• Exceptional visual and verbal storytelling abilities


• Exceptional Communication Skills.


• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva)


• Knowledge of content marketing, social media strategy, and brand development


• A proactive attitude with a passion for problem-solving through creativity


• Ability to balance creative vision with marketing goals
