What We Are Looking For and What You'll Be Doing

We are looking for a passionate, driven, and media-smart PR Account Manager to join our growing Client Services team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone with 3 to 4 years of PR or communications experience and a strong grasp of public relations principles as well as journalism fundamentals.

As an Account Manager, you will oversee key client relationships, build meaningful connections with clients, and lead the development and execution of strategic communication plans. A solid understanding of how journalism works, what makes a story newsworthy, and how to tailor messages for different media channels is essential. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality projects, monitor performance metrics, and ensure all deliverables are met. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, adaptability, teamwork, journalistic awareness, and a strategic mindset to support innovative and results-driven work for industry-leading brands.

What You Bring

  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and accurate content for various media.
  • Strong foundation in public relations and an understanding of journalism, news cycles, and media dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills, a knack for following the news, and experience preparing insightful media-monitoring reports
  • Proactive problem-solving ability, adaptability, and a collaborative, results-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience in agency or corporate communications environments is an advantage.
