Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reservations Specialist to manage daily bookings across multiple platforms, including Airbnb, , Agoda, and our direct website. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update property listings across online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Airbnb, , Agoda, etc.
  • Handle inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and modifications promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate with the operations and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
  • Monitor availability and optimize pricing and occupancy to maximize revenue.
  • Respond to guest messages and reviews with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest details.
  • Assist with reporting, calendar synchronization, and overbooking prevention.
  • Provide excellent guest support before, during, and after their stay.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in reservations, hospitality, or property management.
  • Strong knowledge of Airbnb, , Agoda, and related platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with PMS/channel management systems.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused, positive attitude, and able to work under pressure.
