Founded in 2022, Shashka is an international fashion brand with a purely online presence. As our operations expand, we are looking for an Accounts Manager to handle financial reporting, tax filing, financial administration, bookkeeping and record-keeping to ensure smooth financial operations.

This individual will assist in handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate records and supporting financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices, payments and expense reports
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and updating accounting systems
  • Reconciling bank statements and assisting with financial documentation
  • Assist in tracking cash flow and maintaining petty cash records
  • Help manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries
  • Submit tax filings
  • Coordinate with external accountants and auditors for financial reviews
  • Managing the accounts of the factory, ensuring inflows & outflows are properly logged
  • Bookkeeping of the factory for tax purposes
  • Support payroll processing and employee expense claims

Working Arrangement:

  • This is a full-time position
  • The candidate is expected to work during office hours (40 hours per week / Mon-Fri)
  • The role is on-site, office located in Bani Gala, Islamabad
  • A work laptop can be provided if necessary. Alternatively the candidate can also use an existing device.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • University degree or diploma in Finance & Accounting
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial record-keeping
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks / Xero / Excel) or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
