Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated
Junior Profile Handler Assistant
to support the management of our freelancer accounts on platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, and other marketplaces. The assistant will help maintain profiles, respond to clients, send offers, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage freelancer profiles daily (availability, inbox, response rate).
  • Send offers/proposals to relevant clients on Fiverr, Upwork, and similar platforms.
  • Respond to client messages professionally and on time.
  • Assist in creating, updating, and optimizing gig/service descriptions.
  • Monitor profile analytics including impressions, clicks, and response time.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure proper communication flow.
  • Assist in preparing order deliveries under supervision.
  • Maintain daily reporting of tasks completed and progress made.
  • Coordinate with senior members for project details and tasks.
  • Conduct competitor analysis for better profile performance.
  • Help in promoting services on social media (if required).

Skills Required

  • Basic understanding of Fiverr, Upwork, or freelancing platforms.
  • Good English communication and writing skills.
  • Professional behavior and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work under deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Docs, or MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate / Graduate preferred.
  • Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
