We are seeking a skilled
Frontend Developer
to design, develop, and deliver user-centric web applications that provide seamless, engaging, and high-performing digital experiences. You will play a key role in transforming business requirements into intuitive interfaces, driving innovation through modern web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  1. UI/UX Development & Implementation

Translate design wireframes, prototypes, and user requirements into responsive, interactive web interfaces.

Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across all digital platforms.

Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

2. Frontend Architecture & Coding

Develop clean, maintainable, and reusable code using modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).

Integrate APIs and backend services into frontend applications.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

3. Performance Optimization & Quality Assurance

Monitor and enhance frontend performance, addressing speed, rendering, and loading times.

Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to deliver high-quality solutions.

Define and track KPIs related to usability, performance, and reliability.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless solutions.

Translate business requirements into effective technical implementation.

Share knowledge and promote best practices in frontend development across teams.

5. Research & Innovation

Stay updated on the latest frontend tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Explore opportunities to implement modern design systems, component libraries, and advanced UI interactions.

Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience

Proven experience as a Frontend Developer (3+ years) building responsive and scalable web applications.

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex).

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile practices.

Skills

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to detail.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

Experience with TypeScript for scalable development.

Knowledge of UI/UX principles, design systems, and accessibility standards (WCAG).

Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library).

Experience with performance optimization tools (Lighthouse, Webpack, Vite).
