Role Description
This is a contract and on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist located in Rawalpindi. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for performing day-to-day receptionist duties, handling reservations, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Other responsibilities include assisting guests with inquiries, maintaining a professional front desk environment, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.

- Experience in Receptionist Duties and Reserving rooms
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations
