Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and results-driven Health & Wellness Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted guide for clients, helping them understand our wellness solutions, connect with the right nutritionists, and stay committed to their health journey. You will also play a key role in driving sales, building long-term relationships, and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their health and wellness needs.
- Provide guidance on suitable nutritionist consultations and wellness plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor, motivating clients to stay consistent with their health goals.
- Convert inbound leads into active clients by clearly communicating the value of services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional wellness programs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly with empathy and solutions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat engagement.
- Guide clients in booking and using nutritionist consultations through the platform.
- Coordinate with nutritionists and internal teams to ensure smooth client experiences.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and updates in CRM tools.
- Collect and share client insights to help improve services and programs.
- Suggest initiatives to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or Marketing (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, sales or advisory (healthcare/wellness industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic, customer-first approach.
- Track record of achieving sales or client conversion goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms.
- Passion for wellness, nutrition, and helping people improve their lifestyle.
