Role Description

The Research Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad. The Research Associate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting subject-matter experts, managing and coordinating research projects, and ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. The role will involve data collection, organizing information, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to meet research goals. The candidate will collaborate closely with team members to deliver reliable insights tailored to clients' needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong research, data collection, and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in organizing and synthesizing information with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite or similar tools, and familiarity with research databases
  • Ability to think critically and apply problem-solving skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Experience in market research or consulting is preferred
