We're looking for a creative and driven Graphic Designer to join our team and play a key role in managing our online presence and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design eye-catching graphics and visuals for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create and edit engaging video content including Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms
  • Manage posting schedules and ensure timely content delivery
  • Assist in basic social media marketing strategy, including audience engagement and growth
  • Track leads generated via social media platforms and assist with lead follow-up processes
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in design, social media, and digital marketing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio (preferably focused on social media content)
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.
  • Experience in video editing, motion graphics, and creating social media reels
  • Good understanding of social media marketing and engagement strategies
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience with basic leads management tools is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of digital advertising (Facebook/Instagram ads)
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content strategy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20, Rs30,000.00 per month
