Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Cold Caller to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Multan District. The Cold Caller will be responsible for contacting potential customers via phone to generate leads, setting up appointments for sales representatives, and following up on previous interactions. The role requires maintaining accurate records of calls and client information, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call targets, and working closely with the sales team to ensure that clients are accurately informed about our services.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in the digital marketing industry is beneficial
