Job Description:

• Technical scrutiny of Panel Health Claims as Claim Management Officer by identifying & flagging deviations from trend, financial abuse, malpractice & insurance fraud.
• Approve or reject claim intimation based on the scrutiny of documents and adherence to health policy guidelines.
• Responding to all intimations on UAN No (24/7) and technical queries during working hours, as well as according to assigned roster duties in Morning/Eve/Night
• Coordinate with Panel team, Surveillance team Health Care Provider for provision of medical documents necessary for the Panel-Claim assessment.
• Health Policy presentation to Clients
• Marking of Panel claims
• Intra-departmental Coordination with MIS on testing of new modules, software development & the reporting & rectification of CRPS glitches & other systematic errors.

Job Specification:

Education Qualification:

• Qualified Pharmacist (PharmD) with valid registration from Pakistan Pharmacy Council.

Relevant Experience:

• Fresh Graduates or 1 year of relevant experience

Essential Skills:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
