Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, release notes, and how-to guides.
  • Collaborate with QA engineers, developers, and product teams to understand project requirements and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Translate technical jargon into simple, engaging language tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Create visual aids such as diagrams, screenshots, and flowcharts to enhance document usability.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in technology and documentation tools to improve processes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in technical writing.
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge in 
    QA or Development
     is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Computer Science, Information Technology
    , or a related field (preferred).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools like MS Word, Google Docs, or Markdown editors.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus.
