Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Dawood Family Takaful Ltd, located in Mardān. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team members, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing strategic initiatives, and supporting organizational goals. Responsibilities also include developing and executing plans to improve operational efficiency, coaching and mentoring team members, and handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in strategic planning and implementation
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Prior experience in a managerial role within the financial services industry is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software
