Position Title: Full Stack Developer - PYTHON

Location: On-site – Gulberg Greens, Islamabad

Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Experience Required: 3-5 years

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled
Full Stack Developer (Python/AI/ML)
with
3–5 years of experience
to join our dynamic team. The role involves developing scalable web applications, integrating AI/ML models into production, and building robust APIs and interfaces. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development with Python, frontend technologies, and applied experience in AI/ML frameworks and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
  • Build, integrate, and deploy
    AI/ML models
    into production-ready applications.
  • Develop intuitive and responsive frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable application architecture.
  • Work with large datasets, preprocess data, and integrate ML pipelines.
  • Manage and optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Collaborate with data scientists to translate research models into deployable solutions.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain applications across development and production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience
    as a Full Stack Developer with applied AI/ML knowledge.
  • Strong programming skills in
    Python
    and frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
  • Proficiency in
    frontend technologies
    : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and
  • Hands-on experience with
    AI/ML frameworks
    such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Good understanding of data preprocessing, model training, and deployment workflows.
  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning applications.
  • Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
