Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor based in Lahore. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting research in their field of expertise, mentoring students, and contributing to academic publications. Additional responsibilities include preparing course materials, setting assessments, grading assignments, and participating in departmental meetings and faculty activities to support the growth and development of the college.

Qualifications

  • A relevant MBBS and PG degree with equivalent qualification in the required field and PMDC eligibility for Assistant Professor is mandatory
  • Proficient in teaching and creating engaging educational materials in the respective field of study.
  • Strong research and analytical skills for conducting original research and contributing to academic publications.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to mentor and guide students.
  • Commitment to collaborative work, teamwork, and contributing to the academic community.
  • Prior teaching or research experience is preferred.
  • Experience in curriculum design and familiarity with modern teaching methodologies is a plus.
