We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Full Stack (MERN) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in , , and MongoDB, along with strong leadership and architecture skills. You will be responsible for guiding the development team, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack (MERN) developers, ensuring code quality, performance, and timely delivery.
  • Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable applications using MongoDB, , , and
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, DevOps, and product teams to deliver seamless, user-friendly solutions.
  • Design and maintain RESTful APIs and handle frontend–backend integrations.
  • Manage application deployment and performance optimization across environments.
  • Implement best practices in code reviews, CI/CD, version control, and documentation.
  • Take ownership of system design decisions, project planning, and sprint execution.
  • Monitor performance and guide team members in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination between cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack or MERN Stack Developer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with , (preferred), , and
  • Proficient in MongoDB and database design principles.
  • Good understanding of microservices, API architecture, and cloud deployments (AWS preferred).
  • Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven experience in leading or mentoring a development team.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance hands-on coding with team leadership responsibilities.
