Role Overview

As our Store Assistant, you will be the first line of defense in maintaining inventory accuracy. Your primary mission: reconcile physical stock with system records, identify discrepancies, and support inventory control strategies to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular physical counts of aluminum profiles and compare against digital stock/system records.
  • Identify, document, and report any discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages) between physical counts and system data.
  • Update or correct inventory entries in the system promptly and accurately.
  • Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming aluminum profiles
  • Organize and maintain the storage area—ensuring neat labeling, easy retrieval, and proper safety standards.
  • Participate in or support physical inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Intermediate or diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with inventory management software or systems
  • Basic numeracy and analytical skills to conduct counts and reconcile data.
  • Physically capable—able to lift, move items, and stand as necessary.
  • Effective communication skills to report deviations and coordinate with teams.
  • Reliable, punctual, well-organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35, Rs45,000.00 per month
