Role Summary

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered, visually appealing, and pixel-perfect designs that ensure smooth user journeys and exceptional digital experiences. The role demands strong design thinking, creativity, and technical expertise in modern design tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems for seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding and design standards across platforms.
• Optimize designs for accessibility, usability, and responsiveness.
• Ensure compliance with SOC 2 / ISO documentation standards where applicable.
• Responsibilities are not limited to the above and may evolve as per business needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of design systems, typography, and color theory.
• Knowledge of user journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Design and develop branding assets including logos, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure visual consistency across all brand communications.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver creative campaigns.
• Create engaging graphics for digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Develop and maintain brand identity standards and ensure adherence across departments.
• Research and implement creative design trends to enhance brand image.
• Ensure all creative materials are compliant with company standards and policies.
