Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Laravel Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in developing and maintaining web applications, with expertise in CRM, ERP, Inventory Management, Sales, Purchases, Ledgers, Accounting, HR Modules, and API Integrations. The role requires a strong understanding of Laravel and its ecosystem, with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in taking initiatives to improve systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Laravel Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Develop reusable, testable, and efficient code with a focus on performance.
• CRM and ERP Systems:
• Design and implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Ensure CRM features such as lead management, customer data handling, and communication are functional.
• Integrate ERP features like Inventory, Stock Management, Purchase, Sales, and Financials into the platform.
• Inventory & Stock Management:
• Develop and manage modules for inventory tracking, stock management, and order processing.
• Implement real-time stock updates and reporting.
• Purchase & Sales Module:
• Design and optimize features related to purchases, sales orders, invoicing, and reporting.
• Automate processes for creating, tracking, and managing sales and purchase orders.
• Ledger & Accounting Modules:
• Develop and manage accounting modules, including ledgers, financial reports, and bookkeeping.
• Integrate with external accounting APIs as necessary.
• Work with account reconciliation features and ensure accurate financial data.
• HR Module:
• Design and implement HR modules for employee management, attendance tracking, payroll, loan management, assets management, and performance evaluation.
• Integrate with attendance and leave systems, employee payroll, and loan repayment systems.
• API Integrations:
• Integrate third-party APIs for payment gateways, shipping providers, and other services.
• Build RESTful APIs and ensure proper API documentation and security.
• Database Management:
• Design, implement, and manage databases, ensuring optimal structure, indexing, and performance.
• Administer and manage databases using tools like
  phpMyAdmin

- Optimize database queries for high-performance operations.
- Work on MySQL, MariaDB, or other relational database management systems.
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:
- Strong grip on problem-solving and debugging issues, especially related to web application development and database optimizations.
- Identify bottlenecks and troubleshoot problems in real-time to ensure seamless system performance.
- Continuously improve the system by addressing technical challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, project managers, and designers.
- Taking Initiative:

- Suggest new tools, techniques, and methodologies to streamline development and improve system performance.
