We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and help drive client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets (USA, UK, UAE).
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and professional communication.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, development) to align strategies with client needs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine business strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and reporting in CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in IT, software, or digital services).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and close deals independently.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, software services, or IT outsourcing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online prospecting tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
