About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack .NET / Blazor Developer with strong experience in .NET Core, Blazor, and Telerik UI/Controls to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end development, performance optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET Core and Blazor (Server & WebAssembly)
  • Build rich, responsive UI components using Telerik UI for Blazor
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate backend services
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams
  • Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and architectural discussions
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with software development standards and SDLC processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development
  • Strong expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
  • Hands-on experience with Blazor (Server & WebAssembly)
  • Extensive experience using Telerik UI / Telerik Controls
  • Proficiency in C#, Razor Components, LINQ, and Entity Framework Core
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Experience with SQL Server and database design
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and authorization
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices
