**Admin:**

Send automated notifications before license expiration.
Limit agent numbers, chat sessions, and backlog size based on license tier.
Separate licensing management system to prevent system lockout upon expiration.
**Super Admin:**
Add, update, and categorize questions and automated responses.
Manage prompts with shortcut keys to facilitate quick replies.
**Admin:**
Populate categories with questions and answers if permitted.
Suggest new questions; approval workflow with Super Admin.
Ensure shortcut keys are unique and non-repetitive.
Manage incoming and outgoing emails.
Add email addresses linked to system notifications.
Display new, replied, and archived emails.
Enable email notifications for support requests.
Fluid, responsive design layout.
Customizable color palettes—main and secondary colors, button colors.
Branding options: include/exclude logos and branding text.
Easy theme integration for enhanced branding.
Visual dashboards presenting:
Active users and available admins.
Live chats, resolved chats, and pending requests.
Graphical analysis by day/week/month.
User activity logs and chat duration metrics.
Ability for Super Admin to add organizational notices.
Commenting and reply system for ongoing discussions.
Role-based access control to manage notice creation and editing.
Support agents login to receive and respond to chat requests.
Support requests:
Listed publicly to all admins.
Change status: Waiting → Active → Closed.
Transfer chats between agents seamlessly.
Block clients/users for predefined periods (configurable).
Chat history and logs for future reference.
Ended chats archived automatically.
Real-time notifications (sound alerts, UI updates) for new chats or emails.
Super Admin views:
Real-time active sessions.
Online admins.
System health and user activity.
Admin views:
Assigned chats based on categories.
Notification alerts for new requests.
Platform supports Arabic and English.
Users can switch languages dynamically.
Localization for UI and chat content.
Support for secure file uploads.
Drag & drop file sharing.
Restrict file types to secure, approved formats for both agents and users.
Installation & Deployment:
Web-based setup with configuration interface.
Upload files to server, input database and SMTP details.
License key validation during installation.
Fully automated setup process.
Background processes handle overall system setup and maintenance.
Implement a license validation system that locks the system if the license expires.
Separate licensing management module.
Admin dashboard accessible via secure login.

Track active users, including origin IP, geolocation info. Display the most active countries.
